Roof inspections are an important part of evaluating a home's condition. I always do my best to provide a thorough roof inspection as part of every home inspection. While the Standards of Practice don’t require me to walk on the roof, I will whenever it’s safe to do so. Safety is always the top priority for both myself and my clients.
